The process was great! I knew i was getting interviewed by the right company for me 5 min into my first call with Taylor Hutchinson. She made me reply to questions that made me dig deep into what a sale is about; at that exact moment i knew i wanted to be in.

I had a positive experience interviewing with Momentum Solar. The recruiter Joana was professional, responsive, and clearly explained the role expectations and compensation structure. The team was transparent about the commission structure and what it takes to succeed in solar sales.
