There is no true interview itself. You must partake in a class that you are paid 500 for, it was a week long training course no interview upon completion you get hired.

I had a positive experience interviewing with Momentum Solar. The recruiter Joana was professional, responsive, and clearly explained the role expectations and compensation structure. The team was transparent about the commission structure and what it takes to succeed in solar sales.
