The interview process was very different than any of the interviews I have ever done before. For example usually in an interview you go down the list of previous jobs and discuss how your prior work experience related to the position. The interview today was nothing like that. Instead he asked me questions about my hobbies and what I do on my free time. He actually told me not to discuss anything about previous jobs. This was different but good in a way. I felt that he wanted to get to know me as a person. I enjoyed the interview.
