I went through four rounds of interviews with this company after being told upfront there would only be three. They also said the process would take about two weeks, but it ended up stretching over a month.
After the third round, I was unexpectedly asked to do a fourth interview. Then I waited two more weeks with no updates, only to be told they had moved forward with another candidate. No feedback, no explanation, just a generic rejection after weeks of waiting.
On top of that, the questions across the interviews were repetitive, and it felt like each interviewer wasn’t aware of what had already been asked. It came across like there was little internal communication, which made the whole process feel even more frustrating.
If you're going to put candidates through multiple rounds, at least be clear, consistent, and respectful of their time. This felt messy and disorganized from start to finish.
