Started with a first round interview with the hiring manager. At the end of the call I was given next steps and when I would hear back. I sent him 2-3 follow-up emails and never heard back. It's extremely frustrating to have an interview and never hear back. If I didn't get it, I would expect that you close the loop and let me know. It's unprofessional to simply ghost someone who put the time and effort to interview at your company.
