Scheduled a 30-minute virtual screen with a member of operations and I quickly learned that the HR Generalist vacancy was previously filled by a Human Resources Manager. The interview was standard, but also learned about previous candidate experiences by the interviewer which didn't sit well with me.

The interview process was split in two, first with the company recruiter and then with the operation manager, but at the end there was none feedback only an automatic message from the job portal.
