I then had a recruiter screening focused on my experience, followed by a panel interview with team members and the CEO that combined behavioral and practical questions. The final stage was a work history discussion with the HR Manager and Head of Product, which also provided helpful insight into the company and its culture. Overall, the process felt rigorous but fair, and interactions with everyone involved were professional and welcoming. I also had the opportunity to ask questions throughout the process, all of which were answered clearly.
