About an hour I felt that I was asking all the questions and there were a lot of awkward pauses. I didn't get a good representation of what working at mondo would be like. I then basically didn't get the job because I didn't follow up even though I said it would take me a few days as I was traveling. A job shouldn't be based off of not following up
