I was found by a recruiter on Linkedin. I had a phone interview and then was asked to come in for an in person interview. The whole set up seemed like a scam and when you walk into the building it's set up like a classroom and even has chalkboards on all of the walls. They had me shadow for about a hour then was asked to come back in a few days later. The second time I came back was a complete waste of time as they just asked me what I thought about the first interview, which I found very strange. Everyone one there was young and obviously had no experience or structure on how to interview someone. I would stay away from this company it seems like no one really knows what they are doing.

I was spoken to in such a rude manner by one of the sales managers. I have never been treated so curtly before in all my years of interviewing for different roles. It seems like they take advantage of young, unexperienced college graduates who are dying to be seen as professionals.

Phone screening with internal recruiter, in person interview with 2-3 sales managers (one in the local office, the others from corporate)
Unfortunately, the internal recruiter never responded to my feedback from the in person interview. I take it that I didn’t get the job, but a rejection is more professional than no answer, especially since we had been in communication for about a week.
