The company reached out to me fairly quickly for an interview. I spoke with the company's newly hired VP of People Strategy via phone, had a great conversation and was invited to interview in person the next week. I went in for the interview, slightly turned off by the set up in the office (ping pong table in the entrance and no reception area, fairly messy work space) and went into an office to start the interview. Pretty standard interview. I enjoyed speaking to the VP of People Strategy and left feeling pretty optimistic about my chances of getting asked back - which I was told was the next step. I was to meet with the other VPs that were to be in town the following week from NY. I never got a call to come in the next week, so I reached out to ask what was going on. I was told that it they were still interviewing second round candidates and I would know in the next week when to come meet the other VPs. Fast forward THREE months later and I've never heard from them. If the recruiting process is anything like how Mondo runs their business, I think I'm better off at my current job.
