This specific position has nothing to do with difficulty, it is all about the right personality and culture fit. There are no tests or right/wrong answers. The interview process is all about finding the right fit for the company and the right fit for the candidate. I knew sales is where I wanted to be, so I tried to be as honest and realistic as possible. I was asked questions about my ability to self motivate, how competitive I am and what drives me.
I applied online and received a call about interviewing that week. I had an AMAZING experience with my recruiter, Alicia. She made me feel like she cared about my experience and got me excited about the opportunity. You don't often feel like someone on the company side is rooting for you, but I definitely felt this way dealing with Alicia. It got me excited and eager to jump into the process.
After a phone screen with Alicia, I attended a 'career-a-thon' at the office... this was similar to an open house where we got to meet the team and ask questions. I was asked to come in the following day for a formal interview and met with the team leads for both Sales and Recruiting.
After the in-person, I had one more phone conversation with the team lead and then received a call from Alicia extending a verbal offer.
The whole process started and ended within the period of one week... and when you are hunting for employment, that urgency is very much appreciated. One thing I can say for certain about this company is that when they see potential, they do not waste their time in snatching it up.
I am so happy to have had an opportunity to interview for Mondo, and I'm even more proud to be a member of such an amazing team!

I was spoken to in such a rude manner by one of the sales managers. I have never been treated so curtly before in all my years of interviewing for different roles. I'm not sure if they try to use scare tactics or something over at Mondo, but I have no interest in working for a company with that kind of environment. It seems like they take advantage of young, unexperienced college graduates who are dying to be seen as professionals.

Phone interview, and then you go in and meeting with several employees. When i went in for the in person interview, the team was very unprepared. They had not seen my resume beforehand so they had no idea who i was or what to even ask me. I also had to wait a while to speak with people, and

Phone screening with internal recruiter, in person interview with 2-3 sales managers (one in the local office, the others from corporate)
Unfortunately, the internal recruiter never responded to my feedback from the in person interview. I take it that I didn’t get the job, but a rejection is more professional than no answer, especially since we had been in communication for about a week.
