Normal process depends on the location and schedule of the hiring manager. For me, I had a first phone interview with a Career Agent/Talent Acquisition. I had a second phone interview with the Lead Career Agent before being asked to come in for an in-person interview with additional team members. This step my vary and include management as well, which is what happened in my case. The Shadow stage is normally the final stage, unless the Director or Manager has not interviewed the candidates, in which case a final phone interview or in-person interview will take place directly after the shadow. Final decisions are made after all of that.

First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

Entrevista
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
