Was contacted about completing an assessment based on Javascript, PHP, and DB knowledge. Later, connected for an interviewed, and scheduled the interview. Email the manager confirmation for the interview. Before we had the opportunity to interview they sent me an email stating they do not want to move forward.

360 degree interview process with multiple groups of senior management. DISC and aptitude assessments prior to interviewing. Decision was made very quickly and and offer extended. All those that interviewed me were respectful and encouraging.

30 minute video interview with one of their software engineers.
Take home frontend app challenge (See interview question below).
165 question 'personality' exam, which largely asked questions like "have you ever been recognized for...". Which says more about my past supervisors than me.
You need to have them give you the personality exam first before you waste your time with their technical challenge as I did. This was not made known to me until after I spent time coding a frontend for them.
This whole process left me feeling like they just wanted some application ideas out of me without paying me for my time.
