Unprofessional Interview Process I applied for the Financial Service Representative position and was initially invited for an interview on Friday. However, the interview was later rescheduled to next Wednesday without consulting me or checking my availability. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was disappointing and unprofessional. It raises concerns about how the company values potential employees and handles internal communication.

The experience was extremely odd. It was performed outside in the open parking lot of the shopping center. The questions were standard but I was called in for a second interview the very next day. The second person was not aware which made the process more strange.
