Entrevista
The process consisted of four rounds:
1.HR interview with the Taiwan team
2.Interview with the Country Manager
3.Take-home assignment, followed by an on-site discussion with the Country Manager and BA
4.Culture fit interview with the Malaysia HR team
Taiwan HR Ahisha was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process — from interviews to email correspondence, she was proactive, responsive, and efficient. She answered every question with patience, which made the whole experience feel very reassuring for candidates.
Malaysia HR Hengs was warm and enthusiastic during our interview, which I felt truly reflected the company's positive culture.
Country Manager Kevin came across as professional and composed.
While the interview was a little nerve-wracking, he generously shared his feedback, which I found genuinely valuable.

They are very nice and the process is smooth, the manage is very willing to share her market insights with me and I learnt a lot from the conversation, e.g. the team structure, team size and culture, also their daily work like how do they deal with the data.
The interview process was structured, transparent, and moved at a professional pace. It consisted of 3 main stages:
Initial Screening: A brief introductory call with HR to discuss the role alignment and background.
Hiring Manager Interview: A deeper dive into my professional experience, past projects, and specific scenario-based questions relevant to the position.
Final Round Interview: A final discussion with the HRBP to discuss team fit and expectations.
Overall, the communication from the recruitment team was prompt, and I felt well-informed about the next steps at each stage. It was a positive candidate experience that gave me a clear understanding of the company culture.
