Entrevista
I had an initial phone screen with someone in recruiting, followed by another call with someone in HR. I then had a third call with an employee from the engineering team. After a few days, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview lasted for a few hours and I met with five people. I was then given a tour of the office (which is very impressive.) A few days later, I was asked to come in for a second interview and met with two additional people. A few days later they made me an offer.

Entrevista
Interview with the recruiter then hiring manager. Recruiter said they wanted to move fast and would get back to me the next day, but didn’t hear back for several days. Interviewed with the hiring manager then never heard back after waiting over a week. I reached out to the recruiter and received no response, again waiting over a week I was ghosted: I feel this shows lack of respect and professionalism to a candidate at such a late stage in the process. It isn’t difficult to be kind and send a canned rejection letter, is it?

Entrevista
Egregiously long interview process with mostly out-of-touch executives. There's very clearly a boys club within the company, in that execs who have been there a long time have conflated egos. Hire more people outside of your company instead of promoting within.
It was amazing and very transparent. I have to go through no. of interview rounds. I have a clarity after reach round of interview.
Team was very supportive and helpful.
