I applied through their company website. A technical recruiter from the Mongodb team contacted me within a day. He was polite and professional. He briefed me about the role as well as set the expectations. My next interview was setup with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, the experience wasnt good. During the interview, the hiring manager seemed to be distracted and uninterested. He asked me two open-ended questions following which he finished the interview abruptly. I got an automated response the next day stating that I have been rejected without being interviewed :D

The HR will call you and explain the process. Then they each round will be taken by punjabi and you will only be selected if you come from Punjab. They keep rejecting candidates and their opening are posted everyday on linkedin until they find their relatives from Punjab. It should be named punjab DB.
