The process from start to finish was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Clear expectations were set from the beginning, there was frequent communication and feedback provided. The interviews were casual but each person asked thoughtful questions and shared their perspectives on what it’s like to work at MongoDB. Prior to the formal offer being extended, the recruiter took the time to discuss my expectations and was very candid about what they can offer which was so appreciated.
