The interview process was extensive, with more than five interviewers, including my future manager and second line manager. The interviews were well conducted, exploring both the technical as well as the business aspects of the position. They made clear what the job entailed and what the culture of the organization is like.

First stage was with a recruiter who asked broad questions about my experience. A few technical questions about DBs and system design. Second stage was with a hiring manager who focused on soft skills like communication.
