The interview process is long an a disaster. The first interview is a phone screening with the recruiter. The recruiter did not call or advise the call was postponed or cancelled. A week later they contact me for a new call but without a justification or apologies for the first call cancellation. Later on I had 5 more meeting schedules (45 minutes each call) with different team members of the company. The last call was cancelled again without notice or email. After I contacted my recruiter to review the meeting status the confirmed the interview was cancelled ( half hour later than the meeting was scheduled) and did not provide clarification if the meeting supposed to be rescheduled or if the hiring process was closed
