It was super unique and transparent. I had the opportunnity to talk with somebody that were working in the cloud team to tell me his experience but I also asked him about Mongo. There were like 5-6 interviews and at the end of each one I received feedback to improve the next one. On the other hand, the challenge was super challenging (LOL) but thank you for that.

The whole process makes me grow a lot. In the beginning, I didn't believe that I will be capable to go throw every step, but everybody was very supportive and help me a lot. Truly, I've never seen any process like that! There's a quick chat with the recruiter, a meeting with the Manager, and then with the Director and Manager. The last part of the process is the Challenge, which really is a true challenge but at the same time, taught me a lot about the company in general, and about my role.
