Got a 30 min phone screening. I was asked about compilers and language properties. And why I want to work at mongodb. It was a nice experience. And I got an email the same day to go to the next step which was a karat interview. I solved one question in an hour and for the follow up question time was up. I got a rejection email after 2 days.

First had a phone call with a recruiter, then a technical assessment through a third party (with a person, not one of those websites), and then a three hour interview with three members of the team. Two of the three hour segments were coding, and the other was a behavioral.
