Good first interview, then they have you do a long personality test. Failed me on that. Seems like a very outdated way of assessing candidates and seems like a minefield for bias in the hiring process.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Entrevista
Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
