First interview was a screening call. Second was a aptitude test, I recommend brushing up on your math prior and answering the behavioural questions as if you’re a sales rep to have the best chance. Third interview was a panel interview, with standard behavioural/situational sales questions. Make sure to have 10-15 questions for the team as they will give you two opportunities to ask them questions. Fourth round was “the Challenge” which is 3 separate mock role plays. Cold Call - Discovery Call - AE meeting. The resources they provide to you are detailed and I recommend following the structure they provide. Tips for this is be able to implement feedback on the fly, during discovery don’t listen to respond instead listen to understand, and be curious with your mock AE meeting.

For being entry level, there’s a lot of steps. I made it through the initial call, then the recruiter call, then the take home assessment, then the cold call role play and interview, then the call with the sales dev leader. I did not make it to the final step (aka the challenge), and am still waiting for feedback on why not, as throughout each call I asked for feedback and got positive responses each time. They talked a lot about skill and will in each call, and it’s a shame that I did not get a chance to do the challenge, as I have the will and am open to be taught the skill. It is what it is with this job market, but good luck out there.
For an entry level sales role, this process is beyond excessive. There is a phone screening, two assessments, a 30 min interview, an email mock and an hour interview, and then another 30 min interview, and then a prep interview, and then a final mock call and technical interview. For an entry level sales role which requires you to cold call and cold email. I can't justify anyone to go through this process that takes hours and then not get an offer. Any other adr/sdr/bdr interview process is no where near this long and drawn out for 0 reason.

I had an unpleasant experience during the HR round. The interviewer didn’t have her camera on and expected me to keep mine on the entire time. There were loud noises in the background that distracted me. Her tone throughout the interview was giving no energy, honestly seemed as though she had already made up her mind before the interview even began.
