Interviewers and team leads were nice, mandatory personality test which was extensive was interesting. Results are either a red light or a green light to go to the next stage, which is apparently tied to the personalities of their "highest performers". Don't approve of the method, but maybe that's because they failed my personality type.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
