Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa MongoDB.
Entrevista
3 stages ( 1) initial screening, 2) Program mgmt team, 3) Direct organisation ).
1/ Initial screening : 1-2 interviews
2/ PgM team interviews : 2-3 interview ( covering PgM skills, systems technical competency, etc)
3/ Org level interviews : 3-4 interviews ( covering Culture fit, Product Mgmt, Technical skills , Hiring manager)
Overall i found the process quite long as it took around 2.5 months , with periods of complete silence ( up to 3-4 weeks of no updates). I had to ping a few times to ensure the hiring was still in progress. No ETA's when completing steps for next stage.
Overall interview questions were not that difficult (with suitable prep)
Compelted all rounds and the end result / feedback seemed more convenient than legitimate.
