Group itv and then role play. I never had in my life such a bad experience in an interview, due to the lady from HR. She didn't like me from the very beginning for a reason I cannot explain. I am thinking that the fact I am not British was a huge part of it. We had a role play in which she participated and was rude to me from the second she entered the room. I used to love this company and have been completely disappointed and felt humiliated. I always prepare my interviews thoroughly and it was a big waste of time as there was nothing I could say or do, she was looking down to me making me feel worthless. I have many recommendations letters in any company I worked for and have always been highly committed with good presentation. I will not step in their stores anymore in my life.
