First there is a document you need to fill in order to evaluate your English skills and to know your background history. It is basically a chance to explain yourself. Then there is a second part, online algorithm exam which you can solve in any software language you like. It is on hackerrrank. Finally there is a face to face interview with an HR and development lead. In this process you are asked to solve 3 different technical/algorithmic questions and also a chat with an HR member. Question difficulties are average and aimed to know how you think of problems.
