The interview process consisted of a total of 5 rounds of interviews. Each round was pretty standard and the people were friendly. Most of the time, it felt more like a conversation than an interview, though this was probably to gauge whether applicants were a culture fit. There were some technical questions from the senior project managers and local associate directors, but nothing that can't be answered if you're prepared and have done your homework.

Three stage process. Following screening, you will have an interview with the team. If successful, you proceed to a presentation to your prospective colleagues. The final presentation simulates a work project, outlining a project plan for a make-believe client.
