The first time, they reached me out in 2020 informing that there was an opportunity that fit to my past experience so we started the interview process. First, I had an interview with a recruiter that, after making few questions regarding my past job, assigned a home-task to be implemented. So I did. Few days later, she mentioned that they wouldn't continue with me because there was other candidates that matches better to the role. Ok. From 2020 till 2023, they reached me out more 5x asking me whether or not I had worked with different projects. And requested me another time for an interview. The feedback was: "The position we are looking to fill requires an extraordinary amount of reach into many disciplines." Then I sent a question in order to know what "extraordinary amount reach into many disciplines" in order to understand more what they are looking for. No feedback. So, the problem is: If I'm reaching you, in order to look for an opportunity, that is fine. But, how could be SO professional this recruiter in order to check my profile, reach me out, see that this is a profile that matches for the role and then, say that I need other many of extraordinaries disciplines?
