Entrevista
I recently went through a selection process for a Frontend Engineer position at TheoremOne LLC. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. The process involved three rounds of interviews, two of which were technical, and an 8-hour long assessment where I had to complete a frontend practical exercise. Despite the tight time frame, I approached the task in a thoughtful and deliberate way, taking into account best practices such as code reusability, composability, efficiency, and testability. Despite my hard work and attention to detail, I was disappointed to find that I did not receive any serious technical feedback on my work. Instead, the "feedback" I did receive (after 2 weeks waiting) was more related to minor details like spacing and alignments, which gave me the impression that the interviewer was more interested in pixel-peeping than actually evaluating my programming skills. This lack of substantial feedback was frustrating, as I had put a lot of effort into the project and was hoping for a more constructive evaluation. The lack of communication and feedback throughout the entire process was a major letdown, and I was left feeling as though my time and effort had been wasted. Additionally, the fact that the company did not seem to value my skills and experience enough to provide me with any constructive feedback was incredibly disheartening. Overall, my experience with TheoremOne LLC was incredibly negative, and I would not recommend this company to anyone who values transparency and respect in the hiring process.

The process went very well on the first stages (HR inteview, coding excercise, technical interview) but after that they ask you to work on a 16hr project with several features (they say it should only take 8hs), and they "recognize" the time spent with a token of appreciation (a virtual credit card that does not work, and they don't reply if you ask them about it), so no token of appreciation really. The worst is that they give a short feedback with almost no details, which in no sense reflects or makes justice to the effort you put in the Prototype.
