This was the most strange interview. For a tech lead or senior Java Software Engineer. No questions were asked about Java, Hibernate, few questions abot Spring and not even related to daily development process. No questions were asked abot leadership. There were some strange russian speaking guy with arrogant behaviour, totally unprepared for the interview, looked like he came up with questions on the go. No feedback have provided. It is hard to define the difficulty it was rather stupid then difficult.

There were two managers and a "tech specialist" present. They described the new project they were starting to work on within the parent brand. Then, they asked me about my experience, followed by a block of several technical JavaScript-React questions. Throughout the interview, I formed an impression of low managerial and technical expertise. Unfortunately, this impression was confirmed by the absence of detailed feedback. Despite asking for it twice over a period of three weeks, I was not provided with complete feedback.
