6 rounds were conducted.
1. Online test on WCF , ASP NET
2. F2F technical first
3. F2F technical second
4. F2F technical third
5. HR round
6. U.S. Telephonic techno-managerial round
1,2,3 round were in the same day in the company itself, they test your analytical skills and ur ability to get to the answer. 4 th round was all technical and program writing skills with a senior person in the company.
HR round was long but fruitful( was expecting an offer but didn't get any)
U.S. Round was more on ur current job experience and interview revolves around ur resume.

Entrevista
I went through seven rounds of interviews for a software developer position, successfully clearing all of them. The process was long but I remained engaged and cooperative throughout, even receiving verbal confirmation that an offer letter was being prepared on the final day.
However, just when I was expecting the formal offer, communication suddenly stopped. Calls and messages were ignored, and eventually, I was told I was "not qualified"—without any clear explanation, despite having already cleared all rounds.
This experience was highly unprofessional and emotionally draining. Investing weeks of effort only to be ghosted at the final step reflects poor candidate management and a lack of respect for applicants' time. I hope the company improves transparency and communication in its hiring process.

Entrevista
The interview process has 4 rounds. 2 Technical rounds (1st is 1:1, 2nd one took by two people), 1 Manager Round, 1 HR round. Once all-round cleared, First Background verification took place then they gave the offer letter.

- Introduction call for role and responsibilities specific discussion
Second F2F with Lead Engineers
- Quite positive and generic discussion on Algorithms and Data structure.
Third F2F: Engineering Manager
- Architectural discussion of current/previous product.
Fourth F2F: Frontend Lead
- Discussion on UI architecture.
[These 3 rounds took the whole day, waiting time was higher than expectation]
After all the rounds, HR approached and said she'll call for the documents and other next steps.
[Next Day]
She called and asked to share the documents.
[After 2 days]
-She mailed the references mentioned in their documents about the background check, and received the feedback.
[After another 2 days]
-Someone from the team called and said your feedback is positive but you'll have to wait for another 2-3 days for the offer letter.
[Those 2-3 days never came and I don't even know what went wrong]
