The interview process was outdated and the professionalism post-interview was minimal. They have not contacted me to tell the outcome of the interview. It is massively concerning that the Human Resources department, which is set up to handle difficult conversations, cannot even be bothered to contact people regarding their interview. If this is a reflection of the company and its HR department then I would not recommend anyone apply there. The questions were also outdated as they were obscure ; "how would you describe the colour yellow to a blind person?" . These questions are undoubtably irrelevant and outdated in its ideas of discovering more on the candidate that way. I would hope that a company that has grown from a small family-led online store would aim to employ staff in more respectable and modern manners but I did not experience this.

It was online, the interviewer was mid twenties. She was late for the interview, rushed me through the questions. After 10mins, she time was up! She had schedules 10mins interviews one after another without any breaks in between, no wonder she was late. Questions were American style, most probably downloaded from the internet without much thought behind.
