I was asked to come to the restaurant and meet with the general manager. General manager was late by about 15 to 20 minutes. We then had a casual 30-45 minute long interview after which I was offered the position. Very easy questions and seemed like it was mainly to make sure I didn't give any immediate red flags. Based on some coworkers, it would have been better if this was a more thorough interview with a drug screening.
