Principal bombarded me with questions that were more about the places I worked in and less about my experience in a rush. It was impossible to have an actual conversation, I kept getting cut off. The reason became apparent when he left midway through the interview for another arrangement. Shockingly unprofessional. Many questions didn't make a lot of sense such as whether I had done things from "scratch" (while there are a ton of industry standards and established protocols). I tried to answer politely waiting for my turn but the principal left midway through as I mentioned. HR Manager then proceeded to ask me the rest of the questions. She did not have the technical expertise to have a conversation when I countered with a question or even comprehend what I am saying.
