Entrevista
I applied late November 2014 for a position starting September 2015. They emailed me back in late January to have the first phone interview (compentency-based). Two weeks after I was invited to the Assessment Center in London which comprised an interview with two members of the team you applied for, an accounting test, a multiple choice test with numerical, finance and verbal questions, and a written essay. The Assessment Center lasted a day from 9am to 3pm. They called me back less than a week after to give me their response.

Competency based phone interview:
- Give me an example of when you had to delegate work.
- Give me an example of when you had to work in a multicultural group.
- Give me an example of when you had to use leadership skills.
Face to Face interview:
- Which ratios would you use to conduct a credit analysis?
- What is the impact of oil prices on this particular sector?
- Give us an example of when you had to face difficulties in your work.
- Give us an example of when you had to be creative.

Entrevista
The HR is extremely unorganised. To call this process awful would be an understatement. I think they embark on diversity, but are not diverse at all. I had my first and final round interview in January and it seemed the news was positive. I was told an "offer" would be made in mid February. Followed up with the recruiter several times in the past few weeks, only to receive a rejection after. Do not waste your time in this interview process, not worth the time.

Entrevista
I applied to Moody's in mid-September and it took until the end of November to receive an answer.
Right after it I received the tests, which are four: analytical, reasoning, accounting and excel. Received positive feedback and had a phone interview.
Finally I was invited to an Assessment Centre, which take place between January and February.
After the AC you have to wait a month or longer to receive a final response.
The AC has a group dynamic, individual interview, accounting test and written test.
