Interview process was so long (it took around 6 months) It started with HR interview about the role which the recruiter was quite positive on the profile. Then it was followed by interview with 2 members of the team. After that another round with the hiring manager. Then a pause for few months to meet the MD. Another interview and a call to discuss a potential change in the role which sounded a bit odd but I accepted anyway with a promise to receive a call from the HR to complete the process. I was expecting a positive response after the last discussion but i was surprised after two weeks they decided to go for a junior staff.

Screening - Interview - presentation prepared- interview with hiring manager’s manager. It now has been seven weeks since I applied. No rejection email no contact with recruiter. Applicant view online shows “Process complete”
