Applied via school career center which linked to their Taleo site. Was emailed to set up an interview time. Took awhile for a response but eventually had the interview. Met with HR Manager then Engineering Supervisor. Received an offer about a month later.

I thought it would be a one on one interview. It turned out to be a 2 on 1 interview. The guy asked me questions on various parts. He asked me what material they were made out of and he asked me what manufacturing process i thought were used to create these parts. These were hard questions and he was very judgmental. I only got about half of them right. He seemed to be sneering at me the whole time.
