I saw this position on indeed.com and immediately jumped at it by applying on their company website. However, I was able to get the recruiter's attention by messaging her on linkedin. My first interview was over the phone with the recruiter which consisted mostly of basic questions in regards to my resume and why I was interested in leaving the company. I then had an in person interview with the hiring manager who focuses on my management style and work history. Thereafter, four one on one interviews on two separate days (two Production Managers, HR Manager, and the Site Manager). The company really looks for individuals who fit the company culture, so I strongly recommend reading as much as possible on the company website to understand their philosophies.
