The recruiter called me for an initial phone screening that lasted about 20 minutes. First of all, there was a phone call with HR, She asked me some questions like Tell me about yourself and what your motivation is for the role. Then I was given a homework assignment via email.
The interview process included an initial phone screening with a recruiter. During the call, I was asked about my motivation to move into marketing, my background, and my salary expectations. The conversation was professional and focused on understanding my fit for the role.
