The interview process at Moonshot is made of many steps, but it doesn't take long to conclude, it starts with a HR screening, then tech assessment, a panel with the senior engineer and the head of engineering to discuss the process and answer behavioural/situational questions, an online coffee with two people of the company to discuss questions about cultural fit and then a panel with one of the CEO's and the head of HR.
