Extremely slow recruitment process that took over a month from application to a standard Microsoft Teams interview. While the rejection itself arrived via a generic template two days later, the real issue was the complete drop in professional communication afterward. I followed up politely requesting specific feedback as a growth opportunity and was met with total silence. Disappointing candidate experience that lacks standard professional courtesy.

I received an interview invitation fairly quickly upon applying. I interviewed with the person who would've been my manager that week and then the Executive Producer for the following week. They sent a list of times and dates to fit my availability.

Entrevista
It was a Microsoft teams meeting with basic HR behavioral questions. And then a VP of database interview with more details about the role. The VP interview was more of a conversation and more explanation of what's expected.
