The interview process, including pre-interview communications is very formal. Candidates should be prepared to be exceptionally professional. I met with four attorneys throughout the day. The questions were not particularly difficult, but candidates should be prepared to articulate their career goals. I got the impression the firm wants very hardworking associates, so the candidates should be aware of how they project that quality.

No screener, straight to interview with practice group leaders. Virtual interview. Lasted about thirty minutes. Radio silence thereafter. Checked in with HR a couple times, who reported the search was ongoing.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. I had an initial screener with a member of the recruiting team, followed by a half day of meeting with partners. They do require you to meet with at least one member of the firm in person before extending an offer.

Interview process was fairly straightforward. 2 hour callback and was grilled pretty extensively by one partner about my grades in law school and everything after. After a two hour call back they never made an offer or told me I was rejected. Very frustrating experience.
