Screener with one partner and then callback with at least three. The first one was fairly casual and honestly the callbacks kind of were too. I think the interviews are very dependent on which partners you are interviewing with, but everyone in mine were very nice.

Walked in and, soon after, someone of similar age sat next to me. Soon found out we were interviewing for the same position and we were both confused, thinking it would be a group interview. They ended up placing us in rooms next to each other and the same attorneys interviewed us both, one after another. Just an overall weird thing, like, at least stagger them 30 minutes so the candidates are running into each other like that.
