Cordial and organized interview process with several attorneys at the law firm. Questions seemed to focus on my internship experience and the "why" for my future goals. The recruiting team was very responsive and helpful in keeping me apprised of the timeline.

1 20/30 min screener call and then the callback was 5 30 min interviews and each had a theme that asked behavioral questions targeted at that theme and then left a few minutes for questions at the end.

This was for an initial screening interview for a Summer Associate position. The interview was quick and informal, with one associate and only lasting about 30 minutes. The first half was general questions about my background, interest in the firm, and some general information about the summer associate program.
Asked questions about normal things, very friendly, 4 rounds with different people of 30 minutes each; a little disorganized with the actual running of the interviews, but engaging people. Ranged from partners to early associates who gave different perspectives; some were more conversational than others.
