"I received a phone call asking if I was interested in their Maintenance Technician job, a job requiring washer, dryer, and conveyor repair. They said my resume “appeared to be a perfect fit for their current opening.” I’m a corporate manager, have 15 years of professional work experience and currently make mid six figures. Who in their right mind would think there is a match here? Do screeners just open a resume to extract an email or phone number and use the shotgun approach? And these people have followed up with an email to me no less than 15 times. I would have dropped it after the phone call, but after repeated email attempts trying to sell me on this BS, I'm leaving this review.” You screeners already have applicant tracking software to do your job, and when people finally get through the system you have absolutely zero reading comprehension skills. A 20 dollar per hour labor job for a six figure, corporate manager…..how is it possible to be this ignorant? You would be the people to ask a person in the drive-thru if the order is to go.” Unbelievable!

You're a perfect fit for this maintenance role, are you interested.
Have to do a background check and hair follicle drug test. Had to meet with the hiring manager, GM and had to take an assessment test. The whole process took a few weeks.

First interview is with the General Manager, then had to do a drug test- hair clippings, background check, a psychological exam and finally an interview with the National Sales Manager.
