Met with 6 people over a two day period - about 3 weeks or so process to get all lined up. None of the expected "tough" Q's such as whats the square root of 1 etc. MS is mostly looking for cultural fit and alignment. Not looking for mavericks but looking for those that will toe the line and exemplify the MS culture.

The hiring managers flew in from New York and were diligent on their process. They kept the panel interview to 60 minutes. They were good with their communications back to me about each step of the way.
