Almost off-puttingly informal first round interview over the phone. I did not really feel like I had the opportunity to showcase much of anything that was on my resume despite repeated efforts to angle the conversation towards that end.

I was referred by a friend so my interview was a breeze. It was more of a conversation really, and whether the position was right for me.
