Interview was set up by a Recruiter a couple of weeks after applying online. Had 1:1 with a Exec Director and VP. Offer was made a week later.

Easy process. Phone interview followed by five interviews on site. Interviews were all 30 minutes long and covered the gamut of the business from peers up to the managing director. Nothing too stressful, but be ready for about 3-4 hours of interviews.
